Return Period
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Product Condition
We only accept new, unused products in their original condition and in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documents.
Which products can be returned?
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be non-returnable. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Return Costs
Defective or incorrect items
If the product is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or defective, we cover all return costs.
Change of mind
If you return an item due to a change of mind, wrong size, wrong choice, or personal preference:
- The customer pays for the return shipping
- The customer is responsible for purchasing and printing the return label
How to return an item
- Contact us — Send an email to info@scandinaviandecorating.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely — Return the item in its original packaging with all included parts.
- Send the package — You are responsible for purchasing and using a suitable shipping solution.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- The refund is processed within 14 days
- The amount is refunded to the original payment method
Exchange
We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product. Contact our customer service to start an exchange.
